Spa installers put a solid top in but this one with the hole on top is working much better. The installers didn't care they dump a bunch of chemicals in water turned pure green and cloudy, we had to drain it and fill it again with the proper amount of chemicals as directed on the bottles. The water is crystal clear and tested accurately, don't trust installer if he's having a bad day you get the wrong filter and wrong amount of chemicals.
