I would not buy from Spa Depot again.

I ordered two spa filters but only received one. When I called customer service they made me ""take a picture of the filter I received and email it to them before they would consider sending me another filter"". This I did even though I thought it to be ridiculous. THEN customer service said they would expedite the ""missing"" filter to me only to retract that statement the next day. It took another week to get the second filter. I would not ever order from SpaDepot again.

Are use this product in my hot tub and they are excellent filters and have a very good price.

Low Flow in 2 days

For my Master Spa after two days I would get a low flow warning and the heater would shut down. After several times of resetting it found that the filter fabric is too tight for my spa motor and it also made it harder to clean.
