Tried for several months to get a new filter from the manufacturer, the "sole supplier", there's nothing on the filter to identify it. I took some measurments and after talikng to a Spa Depot rep on the phone, I ordered the Clarathon Spa Filter FC-0359 PWW50P3 6CH-940. When it arrived, I was able to do a side-by-side comparison. Other than the cut of the threads being slightly more tapered, it was a perfect fit. i will be ordeirng more in the future.
