Not as heavy as Softub brand filters but I don't know how much difference that makes. These are good quality and are still working fine after three months, at nearly half the price. These also fit tighter on the drain caps, more like a snap-on fit even after soaking in warm water. Time will tell how often they can be renewed and reused but I'm pleased so far.
