Clarathon filter--shipment

Filter's fine. In your packaging you could put some paper wadding to prevent it from rattling about the bigger box and possibly damaging it in shipment.

Tried to send it back. Fedex never came. Took it to FedEx. When you get it, I will exchange it for 2780, open ended model.

Fits My Old Spa As Promised

After asking some questions of Spa Depot's customer service about the right filter to fit my 17-years old Sundance spa, I ordered this one per their recommendation. It fits perfectly! I have not had it long enough to comment on how well it filters, but it has to be better than my old filter.
