I called in an order and didn't know what filter I needed so the rep thought I needed this one but it was wrong so I measured the one I had and we figured it out and I ordered a different one and they are PERFECT! and I want to order two more in the near future. the only reason I gave 3 stars is because I was very happy with the service and product but it cost me almost $20 to return them and that made me a little sick because I don't have extra money to toss :-) But LOVE the ones I needed and got and planning on ordering very soon a second set and then I'll put 5 stars :-)

BETTER THAN EXPECTED-OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!

Trying to find filters locally turned out to be frustrating, time consuming & expensive. I was lucky and hit the jackpot when I found the SpaDepot.com website! Not only were the filters better than expected, they were shipped the same day I ordered them PLUS I was given the ability to track the package along the route to my home. The cost for 2 filters was a fraction of the price for 1 filter locally (not to mention the cost of gas for the 3 hour drive round trip drive) This is the first time I ever submitted a review for anything and that is because everyone needs to know about this amazing company!!
