I would NEVER buy this filter again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Over the past year I have ordered 4 of these filters. They are basically garbage after 2 to 4 months. I have 2 Pleatco's which are still working fine Every 30 day I rinse the filters with your spray nozzles and spray with your cleaners. Every 90 days I soak them with your filter soaker. The Pleatco's have performed (and still are) perfectly!!!! I just threw out my second Clarathon filter because they cannot pass water at all!!!!!! I check the Clarathon's every day because they cannot be trusted to do the job!!! The one I threw out today lasted 48 hrs after thoroughly rinsing, soaking and rinsing again!! They slow down passing water after 1-2 months, then I have to clean them weekly just to get them to last another month or so. I am sure this review will not be posted, but at least IMPROVE them for others. It's a shame that your company would offer such an inferior product, when your other products have the quality, price and support valued customers are entitled too!!!!! Regards, jimg
