Excellent customer service, the kit arrived very quickly and was easy to install.

Works well, but even with the alternate input capped, seems to put out too much ozone for my taste. I have it connected but not plugged into power.

Working perfect. Easy insalation. Love the multi voltage ability. 120 or 240 volt

I haven’t used it long enough to review it on its performance, but the installation instructions were the best I’ve seen. Why? After having purchased three ozone generators over the past three years, this one’s instructions were the first ones to tell me to rout the vacuum line high enough so that water cannot travel back into the generator if the check valve(s) fail. This will hopefully prevent me from having to buy yet another generator soon. I’m happy about the manufacturer giving me this little tip.

This kit has everything that I needed to replace the ozonator on my hot tub. There was more tubing than what I needed. It was an easy process to pull out the old system and install the new one. I can use less chemicals with the ozonator working.

Plugged it in, waited for the filter cycle and it worked.

last ozonator expired with age. installed the new one and works great. came very fast, like 2 days, having changed one a few years ago, it was easy. just make sure you order the one with the right power plug.

I just installed this today. Replaced a different ozonator. Was a pretty simple plug and play.

Changed the one that was in the hot tub because it was time and not sure the old one was up to par. The new tubing and clamps made it easy to install the new one. I looked around at several others from other sites and there were similar ones that were a little cheaper, but I trust SpaDepot and have been doing business with them for years now.

It took me a while to diagnose that my cloudy water was due to a dead Ozonator. I was extremely frustrated trying to maintain my tub for a couple of weeks before I realized the cause. I ordered a new unit from Spa Depot and, as I have come to expect from them, it arrived the next day. It took only minutes to install and the effect was transformative. It’s now three weeks later and my water is crystal clear! I can’t recommend Spa Depot highly enough! They rock!

Perfect for my smaller spa (and probably larger ones too) and more affordable than most. Drastically reduced my use of chemicals to almost nothing (despite the disclaimers, etc)

This is the second one way valve that has failed after only 2 months, drains the hot tub down to the level of the jet where the ozone is injected and fills the ozinator with water. I ordered new teflon one way valve from a seperate source and hopefully the ozinator is not damaged. Works great when it works, but getting tierd of buying new ozinators when the one way valve goes bad and allows flow in both directions. Surely I am not the only one having this problem...

I verbally spoke to the tech about what was the correct unit to replace my 20+ year old recently burned-out control board and she was very helpful. The installation was easy and straightforward. A month later it stopped working so I called for tech support and Amy stepped me through the troubleshooting and now we are fully functional again. Vibration must have loosened one of my power connections and I had missed that check before calling. She was very patient and knowledgeable. She didn't make me feel stupid as it ended up being a very simple issue to resolve.

This is the second HCD-55 we purchased from Spa Depot. The first lasted exactly 3 years. The output is high and makes a clear difference in our environment and setup.

We've purchased various ozonators for our Hot Springs spas since 1998. We're sticking with this model.

I installed it a few days ago. It seems to be working well-lots of ozone bubbles! I did have a technical question about the wiring, and the person I spoke to had the right answer and eliminated the hesitation I felt about doing the install. Good product and good customer service!

Great product, but I can't find any videos how to install it

I thought my old ozone generator was working but I was wrong! Upon installing this unit water is clearer and you can actually smell the ozone.

Replaced the OEM Ozonator that quit working after 5-years with HCD-55 and it is working great. OEM replacement was $400 while this unit was less than $100. Had to mount it in another location as it is quite a bit larger than the original unit. Made a couple of brackets to hold it and it looks like it belongs there.

EZ to install with the extra adapter and the product is working great.
