Simple instructions correct plug. Couldn't be easier and the customer service from spadepot made a life long customer out of me for all my spa accessories need's truly a one stop shop!!!!
Product exactly as described. Seems to be working well. Easy installation. Slow delivery.
Love that I can reduce the amount of chemicals needed to maintain my spa. Having multiple connector options was a huge plus - no splicing or extra connectors required!
Works as advertised. Easy to install. Nice build quality.
Easy to install, great customer service!
Puts out a lot. I hope it lasts.
The old aquasun ozonator xl-30 that I assume came with the hot tub had water leaking on it, the jet it was plumbed into was blocked and needless to say the lil unit had failed causing the breaker to trip constantly if not immediately. Picked the HCD-55 up on SpaDepot and cured the problem... after figuring out the jet was clogged with a chunk of silicone. Can choose which plug set up your spa has so it will easily connect to your controls, mine uses the Mini J&J. It's keeping the water crystal clear now and always tests perfect with just a little bromine floating dispenser. If you're new to ozonators make sure to mount it up off the floor and route the tubing loop above the water line!
This is the third corona discharge ozone generator which I have installed on my built in hot tub in the last 12 years. If your hot tub is already fitted within an inductor for an ozone, installation is simply mounting the unit, connecting the ozone feed tubing and check valve and connecting the power to the existing switched supply. Only time will tell is this unit last as long as the priors.
