I have been having my circulating pump go out frequently. Couldn't figure out why. Support from Spa Depot suggested that I may need new filters. I purchased the filter from Spa Depot and they replaced the 2nd pump for free. So far, so good. I really appreciated the support on troubleshooting the issue.

We have bought a number of items from SD. Heater cartridge, filters, intake covers, etc.. Prompt service, right parts received, excellent prices. I used to buy from a local spa company from whom we bought our tub. After paying 3x the price for filters and parts that didn't fit and wouldn't take them back I gave up on the local business. I was told by my local spa company that the parts I needed didn't exist, wasn't the size I said it was and I clearly didn't know what I was talking about. That was after we spent $10,000 to buy the tub from them.

I bought what I hope is a generic version of a much more expensive Eco-Pure Filter. My filter is a two part unit and was nearly twice as much if I bought it from the Spa Manufacturer. I bought these filters a couple of weeks ago and so far they seem to be functioning just as well as the OEM version.

i have a legacy spa which used FC1007/FC1001M filters i perched from you earlier

to use, i needed the standpipe and lockdown cover - both discontinued according to Legacy. I lost the lockdown cover.

told i needed new filter type - upc 090164001364, 812040029497
these screw into the standpipe hole
