Premium replacement Spa Heater Element. Fits 2" stainless steel flow thru tube spa heater manifolds including Balboa, Gecko, HydroQuip and others using center-terminal heating elements, ranging from 8.5" to 10.5" long. You cannot buy a better quality hot tub heater element at any price.

  • Choice of Wattage: 5.5kW or 4.0kW
  • 9⅛"L - 1¼" terminal spacing

Product notes: Always use two wrenches when making electrical connection to heater element terminals, to avoid damage to epoxy post seal. Tighten top nut, while holding bottom terminal nut (as illustrated). Replaces part numbers 12-0500-K-SPA37, 12-0502-K, 12-0502-SPA37, 25-4134L, HE-624559M.

Can this element be used on a 110 volt system?
And should l use the higher kw ? Or lower

This element will work on either 110/120V or 220/240V. For lower voltage applications, it's safest to use the lower wattage option.
