This best quality Stainless Steel Hot Tub Heater Assembly is the efficient flow-through replacement for the Cal Spa XL Heat Exchanger. Complete with split nuts, gaskets, tailpieces, thermowell with cover, pressure tap, heater wires with connectors, and insulated metal housing box.

Our unit is designed to accommodate the reusable Thermal Cut Out switch (TCO) when needed. Refer to instructions (PDF link below).

  • 5.5kW - May be operated at 240V or 120V
  • Easily convert to 1½" Slip with BX9901 reducer bushings

Product notes: Not an exchanger, but a direct replacement in-line flow thru heater manifold with element. Made to the same exacting quality standards as the original heater.

This worked like a charm!

We installed the day the part arrived and was enjoying the Spa in no time.
