Fast shipping, was not wired correctly blew the fuse but removed a jumper wire that was not on my other one and one of the white wires were in the wrong connection. But works good not that was fixed.

Fixed a overheating issue (OH and OOH) errors

I had a bad heater relay that would stay on until the unit tripped on high temperature (OH or OHH). This replacement fixed the problem and I had no problem swapping out the old control. It came with new standoffs which were needed after the old ones crumbled on removal. It also came with good instructions.

Excellent technical support was extremely helpful

I ordered a new control board and it was shipped promptly. I reconfigured the wiring to match my old board and installed it, but the new board sill wouldn't start the heater. After a few calls to tech support, they were able to determine that I had plugged the control unit into the wrong connector at the control board. After that, everything worked great.
