Not a Balboa Heater

This is a therm products by hydroquip heater instead. The distance from the mounting studs to the end of the heater tube is not the same as the original Balboa and will create an additional 1/8" gap on one side and cause leaks. You will need to modify the bracket or plumbing for this to work correctly.

I'm very sorry to hear you received the incorrect heater. I'm having our technical department reach out to you via email to correct the situation.
