Products work. Order desk and customer service need work. I use all bromine products yet the allowed chlorine to be subbed in. Canada cannot return product so I am stuck with it

The strips look like they have been compromised perhaps by moisture. The distinct color on strips has faded or discolored so that when testing the water, results are inconsistent. Sometimes the color doesn't change from the faded shade and other times you get an unclear picture of what the color is. Could they have been exposed to moisture to shipment?
