Fits perfectly!!!

Although my pump is a 3.6 HP , Spa Depot agent was able to assure me this wet end would be equivalent to replace. It is practically identical except for hose tap adapter placement and was easy to install. My spa pump is running like new.

Maybe

Faceplate of pump improperly milled. It leaked out of the box. Wasted time trying to run down reasons for the leak on a new pump. Finally, switched out the new face plate for the old pump face plate - no leaks! Otherwise, the pump functions as it should.

Not convinced of the quality

I'm not sure how, but the Impeller broke after the first usage, causing the water to spew back through the motor and out the rear end. This may have been just a single instance, but I suspect the quality of this wet end housing, in particular the impeller to be of poorer quality than the original unit. I am going to buy the entire pump with motor now.
