On my initial order the package was damaged by fedex. It was my first time ordering from Spa depot. I was worried it wouldn't be covered or take forever. But to my surprise, 1 phone call to customer service and spa depot shipped out a replacement order immediately, with no questions asked. They had all the information they needed and I got my package with a few days! The filter soak cleaner was a great price and I would highly recommend this company!

I originally was only replacing 4 jets that kept falling out. But after installing those jets, other than being a lighter color, I ordered 18 more to replace all of the jets because they worked so well. Before ordering, if you have any doubts, contact SD and discuss with them. They know what they are doing and they know their products!

This product is an excellent addition to our hot tub. My wife is just short of five feet tall and needed a boost to feel comfortable in some of the seating positions in our tub. The seat held guide a bit of air at first, so I sat on it and squeezed out all of the bubbles and then added a few hand fulls of marbles from the dollar store. Perfect!!!
