The product in and of itself is great.

When I ordered it all I had was dimensions not an actual part #. Your rep got back to me on my questions quickly and asked me to clarify some of his questions about the type of filter attachment my tub has. Unfortunately the filter opening wasn't the right size. I needed 21/2 and it was only 2"". No biggie, I have tools and a fairly steady hand. It's on now and I haven't had any issues, but it is a filter so...... I have the part # from my old one and I'll definitely order from you again!
